Level 1 As-Built
2-Dimensional Drawing of existing conditions, including Electrical Capacity, Plumbing Fixtures, Ceiling Heights, Floor Covering Types, Square Footage, Structural Columns, etc.
Level 2 As-Built
Level 1 As-Built PLUS an RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan) or a Vacant Space Assessment Report showing number of light fixtures, ceiling types, gas meters, etc, and Photos of the Interior and Exterior of the space.
